Today marks an imporvement to a full port of Siri that is legal and free to download, the repo is being hammered with so many people downloading, also to note this is not a full siri port this is just dictation speech to text that is all

    Then it's not Siri. It's just speech-to-text.

But StT isn't available outside iPhone 4S as well.

I wish there's no ads though

lol, why even attach the name "Siri" on a regular speech-to-text app? there's nothing special about it. well, at least that's my take on this. speech-to-text doesn't even cover recognizing commands within those text, it's just transcribing. isn't that the whole premise of Siri, or was I wrong about that assumption?

I'll be getting an iPod Touch 4 for Christmas so I'll definitely be trying this out. I can't wait for Siri to be ported to all devices, granted it may not be able to be ported to the iPod Touch 4 at all.

The main reason why I think the OP added 'Siri' dictation is because in the video embedded the guy used the same term.

I actually wanted to wait for an untethered jailbreak but looks like I'll just go straight.

BTW- I heard that the iPod Touch microphone isn't that good.

Take a look at some of the vids the first guy who managed to hack Siri for all devices (the one who didn't want to release it) posted.

Just got it. It runs on internet and, on an iTouch 4G, (with the crap microphone) isn't accurate.
It takes forever to process a word like "Hello" and spams you with advertisements when you open it up.
