So why is the boot a hit or miss sometimes?
No exploit can have a 100% boot rate, but various methods are more successful than others. It weirdly varies from case to case. Booting to ReiNand.3dsx directly from Menuhax (renaming the Reinand file to boot.3dsx) I haven't had a failed boot yet, but many others have better luck booting ReiNand.dat from CTRBootManager.

I have like a 90-95% boot rate with cold booting into MenuHax directly into ReiNAND, without CBM. I have yet to try CBM though.

I've like a 70% boot rate with BootCTR loading through menuhax and booting by default on ReiNand with the option of pressing Select to boot directly into HBL.
70% is pretty low, but CBM was definetely worse.

Using autoboot via menuhax > BootCTR > ReiNand 3.1 I get close to 100% on my n3DS, I also set menuhax to boot sysnand by holding R on boot, and BootCTR will boot HBM when L is held. It's clean and I can boot whatever I need easily =)

Both Reinand and Cakes boot like 99% for me. In fact since Reinand 3.0 and Cakes 108, I only had Cakes freeze once during boot, Reinand never failed.

Hi!
Friend list not working here on Reinand 10.4! :/
any help?

EDIT: FIXED. Just waiting a couple of minutes and it worked

Im trying to compile a build without the thread and without the splash and the latest source code but i cant.

Im getting this:
`data/firmware.bin' -> `out/rei/firmware.bin'
`data/splash.bin' -> `out/rei/splash.bin'
make[1]: *** No rule to make target `launcher'. Stop.
make: *** [out/ReiNand.dat] Error 2

Any help?

I can't get it to work. I installed the patch and installed the cia to sysnand and emunand. When I launch an ambassador game or an injected game, it gives me an error and tells me to turn the power off.
You sure you installed it into the Nands for both? Also, did you originally delete the file? Apparently you can't overwrite NAND files.

I deleted the unpatched file on the emunand. I overwrited it on the sysnand

Pretty sure you need to delete it from your emuNAND and overwrite it in your emuNAND as well. Doing it to the sysNAND is usually only works for PastaCFW and other CFWs that patch the system.

Make sure your compilation path doesn't have spaces. Compilers tend to hate long paths or spaces.

That and make sure you're using git recursive to pull down the files and not master.
