I used @Rinnegatamante 's lpp-3ds to create SOON!, so if LPP-3DS does not have that function, SOON! will not have it either.

He already found a solution and... It's not my app's fault.
If you say "SOON! it's not reliable", well, prove it.
As far as I know, "FBI" it's less reliable than "SOON!". Wanna proofs?, well check these errors installing unsigned CIA files with FBI:

Also, you know what... let's make a little competition:
Let's install "Resident Evil Revelations", "Bravely Default" and "Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D" in a "fresh EmuNAND formated" 16GB SD Card and if it is not fresh formated, be sure to have at least 3.26GB of free space.
Make a chain installation of the three games with "FBI", "BBM" or anything and go to a party, or wherever you wanna go.
I will do the same, but I will install the games with "SOON!"
All my THREE games will be installed when I come back, but you will only have ONE game because of the lack of space. The installer you have used will be asking you to free space in the SD card to be able to install the next game.

"SOON!" it's a "noob-proof" "child-proof" "international(multi-language)" "easy-to-use" "legal" CIA installer. Also it's for people that do not wanna be staring at the 3DS screen waiting for a .CIA file to be installed, then delete it and install another .CIA file.

You can give it to a kid, and he will not break anything. Give FBI to a child and you will have a new MSET hack installed and half of your System Files uninstalled, and of course, maybe a EmuNAND or maybe SysNAND brick if you are lucky and the kid deletes all the important files.

You do not like "SOON!", well, do not use it, you have other installers around the web.

You wanna sabotage my threads, do it, I will show you that you do not know what are you talking about with proofs like I did right now.

Show me you know what are you talking about. As far as I know, you do not even have tried "SOON!".

Just paste all your CIA files in one folder and then press a single button on your 3ds to install them all

LPP-3DS does not have network installation. It only haves download functions.

Don't know if you're still updating this, but this installer, as great as it is is missing a few crucial things, like something that indicates progress(progress bar/percentage/both, bonus if you add a timer),something that lists the cias in the install queue and the title of the game or cia that we are installing, because when there is no picture in the database, we have no clue what cia is being installed. Also, maybe it's just me, but I'd like to be able to choose how many cias to install and the name of the folder they are in.

Take this as constructive criticism though, you've made an awesome piece of software

P.S.: If you want it, I can translate SOON! to portuguese of portugal instead of brazilian portuguese(pt-pt)

This looks like a nice utility and all, but it's basic in places it shouldn't be. Here's some things I think should be added to make it better;

Don't automatically install games in the target directory. Sometimes I save some CIAs for later and installing them all in a row is a bit annoying.
Allow the install to be aborted, similarly to how FBI handles it.
Add a progress bar so we know how far in the installation is, and so that you can tell it hasn't frozen.
Allows us to change the target directory (perhaps as an 'advanced feature' to maintain this installer's reputation as a foolproof utility?)
If album art isn't available for the title currently being installed, display the CIA's name instead.

-You can select if delete the cia or not after the instalation
-You will be able to see the file's name on the 3ds screen while installing it
