I have stumbled over some curious behavior with the interaction of breeze (and its cheat database) and the Edizon tesla overlay.

When game is open, breeze may have cheats for a game, those can be toggled inside breeze itself after opening them there, afterwards they will then also be visible in the Edizon tesla overlay.
When the game itself was closed and then restarted the cheats will no longer show up in Edizon, unless they were opened in breeze first.

That is so mstrange to me, shouldnt cheats be stored in one uniform directory structure?
How come cheats are only ever visible to breeze (and afterwards others?) but not edizon overlay itself without breeze?

i think know why now, if anyone still cares.

i think it was because of a bug bug fixed in saltynx 0.9.4

Probably because breeze and edizon-se (the app not overlay) both download from a database but store them in their respective directories. So breeze would download them to sd/switch/breeze (or whatever the folder that breeze nro is in. At this point it becomes speculation but I believe it loads the cheat file into ram or temp stored somewhere. Which then allows them to be turn on/off with the overlay
