Does anyone have a good skill build for a mage? My LV14 mage seems to suck :\ I always seem to run out of MP very fast... and my skills aren't that good. Anyone have any suggestions?

Lol. Just get lots of Soma Crystals and set them to a key. Press L to go to Pocket Mode and you'll heal your SP very often.




Anyhows... What happens if I use the patch on my Soma Bringer now? I've already finished the game and if I use the patch will it wreck my save file? What will happen? Thx.

It shouldn't wreck your save because all you're doing is patching your ROM.

LOL!! Use a teleporter and go to Schildkrote. When you get there, right behind you are three doors: one on your left and two on your right. They all lead to the same hallway, called the Workshop. The guy on the furthest left sells Soma Crystals, Life Bottles, Soma Gates, and Orbs. The guy in the middle lets you combine, attach and detach orbs for your armour and weapons, and the guy on the furthest right is Myrtle, who lets you Recover, go to your Storage, change your Party and Trade with Wireless Communications players.

It shouldn't wreck your save because all you're doing is patching your ROM.

If I'm only patching my ROM (forgive me for adding emphasis like you lol), will my save file work with it fully? I mean, do I have to do anything after patching?

Everything should work out fine. I've had the same save file for a while now, and I've been replacing my rom every time Darth releases a new patch.

look for equipments and orbs with SP Absorb
with it my SP stays at 100% almost all the time (my skills cause a lot of damage - Kampfs)

Yay I got cheats working! I didn't find a speed up one though... so I just used the character modifier cheat to become a different character. (I hate my character...)

Kampfs have extremely low SP costs. My Kampf stays near max SP with 2% SP absorb, since his skills only use 2-8 SP (so far). Somas do more damage, but they also have much higher SP costs (40+ is common). You will need a very decent amount of SP absorb to keep up with your SP cost, and that's assuming that you hit every time. If you miss, you don't get SP.

I don't recommend attaching SP Absorb orbs to your Soma equipment. Instead, add Granada to your team and have her use Meditation on you. This will give you almost unlimited SP. As an added bonus, you also get a healer.

i didn't know at first my axe had spdrain, so i tought the translation patch accidentally included an infinite sp cheat.


good equipment can make a huge difference.

That's funny, I did that too for something else but I don't remember what.
