like the title says i fudged up and formatted my sd card thinking it was another sd card. I didnt have a latest backup but i do have one from when i updated to 11.0. My question is what files do i need in order to boot into a9lh and restore my old nand.

Try arm9loaderhax.bin from Luma 7.0.5, and of that doesn't work try boot.firm from Luma 7.1 and Luma 8.0. One of those three will work.

I spent nearly a year in a day yesterday trying to jailbreak my ps4 again so I can play the newest Fallout 4 update just to find out that the update is for 11.50 firmware and I'm on 11.00. On top of that, I can't seem to get my custom song to work in djmax. I can't believe I wasted all of that time for disappointment. I just hope the rest mode worked.
