Hacking Sky3ds not work on New3ds LL but work on Old3ds US

hi guys! Just bought a New3ds LL but the point is it doesn't work on sky3ds!
What's wrong with it?

What does "not work" mean?

The 3DS is region locked.

US ROMs (or legit cartridges) do not show up on the homescreen of a Japanese 3DS and vice-versa.

Japanese console -> Japanese games

You need the Japanese version of Cubic Ninja, and regionFOUR, I guess.

Yeah! I thought it will show Jp games but it put in order so have to switch many time to reach to the games that I want
