Homebrew Sky 3ds+ working on european version and american version

Hi i own an American 3ds and a European 3ds, i have a sky 3ds+, when i use it on the European version it work, but i'm having trouble using it on the American version, any support please

If you want to use roms on the American one, you need an American version of the rom. Sky3ds is not region free unless you use the homebrew launcher and launch hans to play out of region games.
