Hacking Skining the Acekard and AKAIO

Today I tried to make a custom skin for my flashed ak2i + akaio, but i realized that callendar numbers are strung together in a single image, how do i know the boundaries of each number, and what if i wanted to make them bigger or smaller. Can you helps me?

In AKAIO the numbers will always align to however wide your number image file is and the height of it. This however doesnt happen on official firmware but then who uses that anymore.
