since N3DS web browsed now supports html5 why can't someone just make some web based emulators
that we can play in 3d on our N3ds through the web browser with no exploit needed?

would it be possible ?
and would they have access to button and analog controls?
if not could they be patched in on exploited N3ds consoles?

If emulators running natively sometimes have speed issues, I highly doubt that any emulator running in the browser would be playable.

Nativly: Yes, it has been done too.

Actually, I see some javascript nes emulators online, but on my new 3ds it gives only 1 fps, where my android tablet give me 40 fps.
