An update to an existing tell isn't a release. You have a github page, you should know that developers often push code when they have done something significant. The sysupdater program had existed for a while and was once released as an updater. The most recent commit added memchunkhax2 for downgrading, they pushed the github release because it was a significant change, but it was in no way a release.

And to answer your question, its Because they released these programs to make this process safer for people. If you think it is annoying, then don't downgrade your system. Nobody is forcing you to, but the only reliable options to do so are by them, so you're going to have to suck it up if you want cfw any time soon. If you don't want to downgrade then I have no idea why you're in this thread. I don't know what you have against them, but I don't think it belongs in this forum. We have presented the facts to you as politely as possible, take it or leave it.

as i said post earliers, two guys also said they formatted their SD card before downgrading and it worked at the first try

There is no official release. You linked me the update that was put out because everyone was bricking their 3ds's untested, unreleased code. Just as I said. And I showed you Steveice10s name on it. I don't have time for this shit. I'm going to work. As if any reputable dev would 'release' such dangerous software.

What I Have:
1) Old 3DS XL 9.9.0-26E
2) Iron Hax.

So i install sysUpdater to HomebrewLauncher. But, when i load it nothing happens, just black screen and text, i waited 5 minutes and power off console.
Console works, but i need try a different entrypoint, for example menuhax, browsehax. But they recuired 10.3 firmware.
So i need to update console to latest firmware to try using menuhax?

You aren't contributing any new or relevant information to this thread. The programs currently being used aren't optimised and aren't official releases, they are github pushes to an old program to contain new data. JustPingo and SteveIce10 are contributors to this current project. The most recent SteveIce10 fork release is the safest to use, but if someone doesn't know what they are doing they should just wait until the dust settles just like when sysupdater first came out for downgrading to 4.5 when that was still a thing, and there will be reliable information and far fewer bricks.

That was not released to prevent anyone from bricking anything but for downgrading the 3DS. And I respect Steveice10 work, but until he doesn't open a pull request to profi200 repo I'll take his work as work in progress.

There isn't one. He pushed a quick release because of the bricks. Its on his github page that we have linked to you three times.

Just woke up this morning and, man, I need to overhaul this tutorial. I can't right now, but when I do, I'll be using everyone's suggestions as well as the Steveice app ONLY BECAUSE it is indeed safer. End of story.

But why the heck were you saying that I don't want that people downgrade their devices?

And I still don't know how JustPingo is relevant to this topic when he only has coded a menu.
