Hi anything from 9.3 to 9.9 are exactly the same. So just go ahead and update. Also go ahead and download ironfall (free game) off of eshop before it is pulled. smea will be releasing a new ninjhax type of hack that will use the ironfall game (it is still very secret and it will be released this coming week) so that you have that already saved.
Not really, you have access to ARcodes and VC injection (browser based exploits) on 9.3 -9.5.0.22.
And on 9.4 firmlaunch hax (the arm9 piracy exploit) still works although you need a new arm11 kernel hax to access it which could happen in the future. Good things come to those who wait, usually.
