Homebrew shortcuts aren't showing up on menu

I use both menuhax and ironhax and no shortcuts aren't showing up on the menu... I am using the recent update of mashers grid launcher and I don't see the eshop spoofer or old eshop spoofer anywhere... is it because I placed the .xml files in the /3ds folder? help me please...

check the SD in your PC and try to use Smea's launcher just in case it is Maser's Launcher the problem.
