Emulation Sending aurora ticket on vba help pls?

I have a pokemon fire red save file with a legit aurora ticket wondercard and i want to send it to my emerald ver. can someone give me a step-by-step guide on how to do this? i am using vba link ( i have no$gba but i am not too familiar with it). Every time i try to send it ( i am not too sure if i am even doing it correctly), the program will freeze. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
