Hello ! Can I make a data transfer by keeping my NNID and my games but the one to which I want to transfer the data also keeps its data and NNID account?

My friend want to install a CFW but he doesn't have DSiWare and he doesn't want to pay but with a transfer to my account for he,he can have CFW.

NOO! All homebrew is disappeared.
Here is what i did
patched and injected dsi game with movable.sed
i ran the installer with dsi game (came up with soduku)
Put all the cia files and others as required
launched homebrew with instructions and installed cias.
Found 2 apps added to home menu

tried to find dsp1 app but couldn't, and reinstalled the cia
launched sound to see if i could find

tried to hold start while booting to get god mode

I was surprised, and nothing happened (booted normal screen) tried multiple times.

Then, when i tried to go to homebrew launcher to boot godmode from there, i couldn't get the rosalina menu up.

When i launched the apps that got installed on the home menu, which were working to some extent before, it said i needed to download again from eshop.

I even ran the installer from the dsi game again (only homebrew-like thing working at the time), backed up the nand, and other stuff. I tried to boot while holding select (working before) but it didn't work. i dunno if i can get homebrew back.

The folders i put are still on my sd card, but i can't launch anything.
