Looking for MHP3rd Translation Tool source

Anyone knows about where can I find the source code of MHP3 Translation Tool? (Athenas Translation Tool)

I'm working in a complete English Patch for MHP3rd but I can't edit P3rd HD ver. text files with it
Honestly, it makes me uncomfortable to edit the texts in the txt files and sometimes, for some strange reason, the files break.

If there are any others translation tools includes a tool for MHP(JPN) or MHP2G translation, I would be very grateful to you

For the HD version of P3RD it requires a different patch tool than the non HD version,, coincidentally I am also making a patch for the game,, some patches such as audio mods etc. are working well,, please use the tool that I often use to make these patches...To find the offset, you can use hexeditor, etc. You can search my blog with keywords psp-forumpatch
