After several attempts ... Finally i was able to SEEDMINER my Japanese N3DS 11.8.0.41J
also i have change the language to english using the CTRTransfer image 11.5.0-38U

still i have a question,
I want to update to 11.6.xx.xxU where can I find the CTRT image?

There aren't any public images of 11.6 as far as I know. You'd need to have an 11.6 U console and dump it. 11.5 is in the guide. Why do you want to update to 11.6?

some times some games do not run and crashes. and having newer image, helps, thats all....

Can't you just do an official system update? Or does that not work for a region changed console? I thought it did.

my N3DS is japanese version
and after changeing the image to 11.5.x.xU
It can read Japanese and US games, but sometimes (just sometimes) some game crash.
i had an issue with my Mayoras mask game

You have to follow only from Section V and after that
