ROM Hack Save from PSP to Remaster

I want to transfer my FFVIII save from PSP or RetroArch to the remastered version of FFVIII on switch, how can I do that ?

I don't think that's possible. It's true that transfer saves between emulators is relatively easy, but moving saves for a console version is a different thing, even more when there not the same version of the game.

I haven't used it myself, but there is a FF8 save editor that can supposedly import and export saves from different versions of the game.
