    Someone has this card (Sandisk Extreme Pro 64gb 95mb/s Uhs-3)? It improves the time of loading?

    Anything above extreme is overkill as the 3DS will not benefit since it has a lower write speed.

    I did that with my SD card (Qumox 128GB Class 10 UHS-1) and it made overall load times much slower than when I formatted it with the Verbatim Fat32 Formatter.
