Why don't we get a group of people together that're willing to work on it over their free time, then? Sure, not everyone's -good- at hacking, but pool your resources and you can have a quality product, possibly even one that rivals what an "official" translation would look like.

I'm shocked by people always translating pokémon, but there is not a single soul that translate this game that will never reach the Western.

thats cause its megaman battle network 1 with a little added pokemon is more or less different each time(i mean a new story that plays out similarlly) while the story besides the added crap is the same exact thing as battle network 1

Imma just leave this here... Someone picked up the project again. I'm not sure if they'll go all the way through with it but this is all ya get for now.
