Hello! Whenever I try to start the online rb3 dlc store, it gives me an error code! I've discovered if I don't install a wad I can get in. However even though all songs say purchased. When I try to re download them it kicks me out and gives me same error code.. I will tell you guys every thing I do for the free dlc.

Go to wad manager 1.7
Ios 249
Pick sd card drive.
Install wad
Uninstall wad
Re install wad
Do for the rest of the wads.
Then when I got to rock band 3 shop it gives me an error code as stated above.
-------------------------------------------
I have done the dump thing.
And on the 2dx (I think that's what the thing began with) and set base to 56 with goes to 249
-------------------------------------------
I realize I might have been very unclear so if you have questions I am more then happy to answer them.
If you can help please do!

Pretty sure that the Nintendo didn't renew the servers (for reasons), so there's no dlc to download any more. There are some custom servers you can point to and download custom songs, but I'm not sure if that scene is alive or not.

Even though they shut down wifi services. They made it so you can still access the shop. I did it yesterday.

Oh that's good to know! Is that for all the games, or just the later ones?

Hello! Whenever I try to start the online rb3 dlc store, it gives me an error code!

Is it a specific error code or just a general "can't do it"?

Try downloading to the SD card and see if that helps.

If that doesn't help, delete all trace of your game in anytitledeleter (be sure to backup your saves beforehand), and then reinstall the dlc and see if that helps.
Download what to the Sd card? And how do I back up save

backup your save from the wii's memory management in the wii's settings.

And you want to select to save to SD card in the options of the game, so the saves are put on your SD card instead of your Wii. I can't recall if this is done from the download screen (which wouldn't help you here), or if it's in the options of the game itself. This has fixed that particular error code for a few people.

There may be some sort of conflict on your system, so that's why using anytitledeleter to get rid of all traces of the game from the console is a good idea. Backing up the save just because it'd suck to lose all your save data if you accidentally delete it from the console. Then re-installing the DLC so you can be sure that there aren't any conflicts with that. This seemed to help a lot of people who had the same problem.

Most of the solutions I'm finding are for those having this problem on the Wii. I'm hesitant to give advice about mucking around with Vwii cios, but here's a quote from another thread about this from about 2 years ago:

I solved my problem. I think since I recently re-hacked my wii using ModMii, my old custom patches were overwritten. So, using Dop Mii, I selected ios36 and patched ios 56, said yes to all (explained here). Then I uninstalled the packed wad from earlier. Using ios 249, I installed, uninstalled, and reinstalled wad sZLE and recieved the typical error -1022. I tried the music store again and everything worked perfectly.

You can buy it at any length @homedepot wire cutting area cheaper than buying preformed cable, but you have to put on your own ends/ connectors.
  • K3Nv3 @ K3Nv3:
I still like DTV but the wire wasn't long enough to reach the window still pick up 40 channels

  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
Yea me too, esp for local news, sports, or channel surfing. I get like 60 channels but there's like 15 shopping networks, and bunch other bs, religion, Hispanic, etc. I went thru and blocked most those on tv channel settings.
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
There is 1 Hispanic channel I kept, sometimes they have soap operas on it, w scandalous clothed hotties, I just beat mute it.
  • K3Nv3 @ K3Nv3:
Ah yes the Juan channel order 15 pairs of feet
  • K3Nv3 @ K3Nv3:
I got this antenna but the damn thing has usb power right next to the coax plug and you can't actually extend it without usb extension the Pic makes the cable look longer than it actually is https://a.co/d/501IQf2
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
Use a old phone/ USB charger block thing, plug into wall instead of tv usb. Use cheap extension cord if need.
  • K3Nv3 @ K3Nv3:
You still need usb extension because coax end cord is the same length
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
Oh I thought you were gonna extend the coxial cable with another 10 footer
  • K3Nv3 @ K3Nv3:
I am but you need both to make it work
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
    I meant like this.

  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
You don't have to use the tv usb, any USB 5v will power it. USB extention cables are not cheap either, so this would be cheaper way.
  • K3Nv3 @ K3Nv3:
The coax to the tv is at the same port as the power
  • K3Nv3 @ K3Nv3:
All soldered into the pcb so you can't just unscrew it
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
Use a cable coupler to extend it from there.

  • K3Nv3 @ K3Nv3:
Yeah but you have to have extension to usb also it's the same length basically
  • K3Nv3 @ K3Nv3:
They're both on the same end
  • K3Nv3 @ K3Nv3:
Yes that's the goal but it still may not fit the wall plug from the window
  • K3Nv3 @ K3Nv3:
    They're cheap anyway a 10ft usb cable is $5

  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
Your tv may also even have an option to turn off USB power when tv off, will save a little money on power.
  • AdenTheThird @ AdenTheThird:
Maybe it's just because it's two in the morning, but watching a conversation about TV power source logistics using google images and a paint app is fucking hilarious

Yea I'm on my tablet and using a lame paint app, it sucks. I'm too lazy to get out of bed and fire up PC.
