Not to take anything away from your arguement I agree this community is pretty bad, but Smea actually just announced he was beginning to work on hax 3.0 yesterday hes still in 3ds dev.

yeah I know, yet isn't it sad that even a well known dev like him would go to another scene? I went to the WiiU scene and the people there aren't needy, they are nice, respectful, and like all devs. Pretty much everything this scene isn't/ And people wounder why devs don't further this scene. It's because of little things like this.

That's almost right on the Wii U scene. People are bashing Hykem on that scene. Nintendo console scenes are the worst. When I had a PSP (which I almost never played), the scene wasn't bad at all. They were great, and trying to help others, even if it helped to piracy. They were trying to learn things to other developers to be better at hacking software, understanding things, reverse-engineering and all that stuff.
I was a KTM beta tester too. One of the main reasons it wasn't released is that I had an unique issue on my 3DS, too. fs::USER was acting strange. KTM couldn't extract the ZIP file from the TTP and extract its content to the SD card. It had a strange error, which happens sometimes on ironhax/oot3dhax installers too.

Its sad, but also not very expected. You have to think of the demographic, loads of young people have 3ds with a mass majority being under 14. WiiU isn't as readily avaliable for kids to of that age to run and use exploits on. Its a console and shared among the household in most cases.

Someone explained that and said the same thing, somewhere. I don't remember who, neither where. But it was on GBAtemp, on the 3DS subforums.

Bottom line is, even Smea twitted about 2.5 being dropped and was LATE for it it. Things happen. Us devs may not be well known like Smea and all but maybe it's because of people like you. I mean even Smea went to the WiiU scene like most of us devs.... This scene is needy and people are dicks.

Are you a dev ? Good for you. Make some awesome app for 3DS and we can make a bet which i win that people will appreciate it. Hype something and don't deliver and people will laugh at you.

My last tip to anyone making anything : don't release anything for free. It'll save you a lot of trouble.

I hear they hire your kind at SALT.

Pro tip: Don't say a word and then just release when it's usable.

Basically beta testing is almost done. Bugfixes are as what I can tell so far. Verifying everything still works after the last fix I just made.
