PS5 EDM-010 Blue LED stays on for 3 seconds then turns off, missing voltages

Hello, I have an EDM-10 board .
When I press the power button, the PS5 beeps once and the blue LED turns on. After a short time, the console shuts down again.
Some power-on voltages are missing; please see the measurements below.
When I press the power button, only the SSD controller and the Southbridge get warm, as seen with an thermal cam.
The power-up sequence appears to be normal: current draw first rises to about 320 mA, then drops to around 7 mA.

Any ideas on what to check? I haven't found any shorts.

E1E0xxxx = XDPE phase pwm controller error VRM 2 phases
E2E0xxxx = XDPE phase pwm controller error VRM 6 phases

I would check the XDPE (VRM controller) chip.

Thanks a lot for the tip. Tomorrow I'll try taking some measurements and, if necessary, try swapping the chip. I'll let you know—thanks.

Nothing to do, I changed XDPE but the situation doesn't change. I'll send you the updated error list. The one in the previous post was from another play

2004 = Subsystem Peripheral Initialize
It ssems that the system stucks in talking to the XDPE controller. I would check the readings around the XDPE chip and compare it with my readings. Maybe some readings are off.
