Yeah I just took my account and put it on my GF switch 2 and pray nintendo pushes a 23.0.1 patch when they see this issue and fix it
Not updating to 23.0.0 so I'm gonna avoid it like the plague
I can still access the eshop and download games so that's a good thing
Until it fixes it self with an update or nintendo takes it in for repairs

They probably won't fix an issue with ~2 people having it, unless you have seen more people complaining about it ?

Just because there are "~2 people" reporting it doesn't mean there can't be thousands who stay silent publicly...

This indeed sounds pretty bizarre, last I used JoyCons (1) unpaired IIRC they still worked handheld, but this is the exact opposite situation.

I don't know why but my left JC's battery now drains quicker while the right one lasts longer, this isn't something Nintendo can do via a firmware update?

I remember reading articles about Apple making older iPhones slower so who knows.

My JC set are in excellent condition, no damage whatsoever.
