The only thing the EcDevTool cia does at the moment is really just break your NNID when attempting to delete eShop account. Testing is fun, breaking things is even more fun.

I don't understand why this would need to be a thing, even if you could run this to add balance to your account then you can already install everything that you would buy with that balance in the first place.

All you'd be doing is stealing directly from Nintendo's servers and expecting them not to notice a shit load of money isn't where it's supposed to be and ignoring where it's supposed to be coming from.

How does the tool add balance? It uses the credit card functionality.

Do the credit card credentials given in the readme to the ecdevtool work on production? No.
