Anyone know about this yet? Apparently it has debugger for the eshop and can give you free eshop credit.

Who wants to try it out?

Exactly. But why go through the trouble of making a github for it? I might try it, maybe, later. Maybe try the bootrom dumper xD Though I doubt that works too

Based on what the EcDevTool readme on the git says, it can add funds to your account, but only if you provide it with credit/debit card information.

It does say this:

In the development environment, you can add funds to the account balance using the following credit card information. Card type Credit card number - VISA 4444 4444 4444 4448 Period of validity - 12 / 2030 Security code - 123 Address (U.S. only) - 12345

3.3. Network Settings Configure DNS to connect to the development server. Specify 205.166.76.187 for the DNS address.

Which, to me sounds like it means you are able to use this placeholder card when you are using the sandbox/debugging eShop environment. I really doubt it would work on the real one.

AFAIK the app calls the mint applet and that adds balance server side.

Yeah, Rei mentioned the same app in one of his tweets a while ago, but said it wouldn't work for retail eshop. I'll test this out when I get a chance, but I doubt it'll work.

The only thing who might work is the eShop Dev balance, but it's already in the SDK so no point here.

And he didn't released the source, only two CIAs and I'm not gonna try them. No time for this crap.
