I followed this tutorial and used the download links in the description. Im sure a lot of you have seen this one. Found it on Dark Umbra.

When you download the ROM links, they are in 4 folders. Inside each of those folders are folders named A,B,C,D,E,F and G.

When watching the video, the guy loads Core A. Than loads a ROM from ROM folder A. Works fine. He does this example a few times. Loads Core C, Loads a ROM from ROM folder C. Same for a couple other Cores/ROMS.

Obviously the "lettered Core" corresponds with "lettered ROM folder".

Now as I stated in the beginning, the ROM folders are downloaded in 4 parts. His ROMS are not in the 4 folders, so assuming your supposed to extract the "lettered ROM folders" from the 4 downloaded folders to Retroarch folder on my SD Card, but of course since each of the 4 folders contain the A,B,C,D,E,F and G folders they want to combine when you move them to SD card.

I allowed them to do that , but didnt allow it to make duplicate copies of the ROMS of course. So Im 99% sure it is setup just the way it is in the video. I go to play spiderman since it was one of his example in the video. It last a few minutes before going into dump mode.

Sometimes scrolling through the ROMS in a folder sends it into dump mode.

Anyone have any advice?

some of the best selling games on the switch are wii u ports (that are priced way too high
like come on 60 for a game thats a decade old??)

@ColdBlitz, i forgot breath of the wild released for the Wii u
  • The Real Jdbye @ The Real Jdbye:
$60 for a game that's a decade old might be unheard of on PC but actually is not uncommon on consoles

especially Nintendo because they only ever lower the price of games when they do a greatest hits/platinum hits/players choice re-release
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
@The Real Jdbye, and the HD collections released for 7th gen consoles too
  • The Real Jdbye @ The Real Jdbye:
but they don't seem to have done any of those for the switch yet and maybe never will
  • ColdBlitz @ ColdBlitz:
I think we all forgot breath of the wild released for the wii u tbh

@The Real Jdbye, tbh the HD collections are more justified since they include more than just 1 game per copy
