I am actually coding a "FastHax Updater" since everyone is already using the unofficial Alpha Builds, I thought an auto Updater would be more useful, but actually I have no clue how to setup something like an "Automatic Build Server" for short, I need someone to host the 3dsx binary

It's not exactly difficult to compile this. I don't see the need for a big production, especially when it has no end-user functionality yet.

Eh, keep trying, you'll find a way to be useful eventually. A good idea is to hang around irc chatrooms and offer to help when devs need testers.

Or pick up a C book and read it cover to cover if you want to get into dev work itself.

You don't need to be creative, just aware.

When you're doing user stuff, pay attention to things that are difficult or annoying or things that are missing that you'd like, then ask yourself if you can write a homebrew to address any of those things. Of course, also pay attention to what is bothering others, or what their wishes are.

You might be able to create a automated build server using this.

Automate a fork whenever a change is detected?

depending on your coding experience, you might want to start smaller than a full-fledged tool. i've written a lot of code but only for myself and never for a console. so i did this: https://gbatemp.net/threads/i-added-a-time-left-time-elapsed-display-to-waithax.454536/

i took an existing program that lots of people use and added a simple but useful feature to it. even with good C knowledge it took most of 2 days from start to finish just to add what ended up being less than 10 lines of code to a not-very-complex program. most of that was figuring out the best of several methods to print to specific places on the screen without any full-on 3DS tutorials available, only sample code.
