Hacking [request]mario party .bin tool

i'm requesting a tool for able edit textures and models from mario partys .bin basicly all mario partys (except 1-3 and 9),would be cool if somebody would make a tool for

While we're at making requests for other people to do things for us which probably wont happen...

Can someone give me $1,000,000? It would be cool if someone gave me that.

If there are the tools already available then I'm sure someone will tell you. Just chances are that you will likely only get something to edit up mario party 7 and 8, but don't expect someone to go out of their way to make a tool for you.

I don't think the average user would be trying to mod textures. Sink or swim I think they say.
