No problem! I don't think you need to do a fresh format.

Also I just noticed someone said it's annoying long, yeah. It is but that's the way I have to do it because otherwise I just get errors, it may work faster for someone else so feel free to try speeding it up.

Yes, those codes are converted for Fates SE[US]. Sorry, thought I mentioned that.
All we need, I think is for someone to put them into a cheat.plg.

I've got a downgraded browser as well, but they don't seem to work with my English Fates SE .cia. Though it does work for the creator.

I just now got all this homebrew and stuff installed, along with exporting save files and what not. If this gets converted into .plg, I wish I wanted lmao. Nonetheless, I hope it does!

[Cheats are] not always about sucking and wanting to have an easier time (I mean, this game is fairly easy if you play normal casual). In my case for instance, I just HATE that fire emblem level ups are determined by RNG.
Do keep in mind that I have legally played through several emblem games and just dealt with the annoying empty levels I would get every now and then, but I have grown tired of it. I started playing fates and one of the early level ups was like a single point in res... JUST NO.

Because the only cheat code I'm interested in is the perfect level up one, I kinda need the cheat.plg (switching from fates to if every level up would be ludicrous). I do know that perfect level ups are also broken in their own way. But a game were pure random luck can completely make or break a character is not exactly the pinnacle of balance.

Yeah, and if you want to cheat, go ahead, it's the way you want to play the game. There is no reason for others to decide what's fun for someone else. If you wanna cheat as soon as you start up the game, what's the problem? Also, he is in a modding forum, cheats are part of the modding scene. Useless comments if you ask me

So after giving it a second try I was able to compile a cheat.plg, but the game freezes and restarts the 3ds as it attempts to load the plugin
I guess I'm missing some dependencies and the compiled cheat.plg is broken because of that, but with no real guides out there I'm lost.
