ROM Hack [REQUEST] Fire Emblem: Fates Special Edition USA Cheat Plugin

I'm not entirely sure on how to do that since I just got into searching for cheats about 2 weeks ago...

1. Find the Special Edition CIA from that iso site and install it. You'll have to Google it as sharing the link to that site is against the rules.
2. Use NTR cheats with Special Edition.
3. ???
4. Profit

Already tried, nothing working >:

Press X+Y and it should be there at the bottom. It was there for me.

It's a shame there's no cheat for max Battle Points and Visitor Points since that's what I was looking for.

This may be super late, but does anyone have access to the doc that shows which codes make you shadowbanned? I want to see what codes I can use.
