Just to narrow my problem, has someone with an American Wii U managed to boot overclocked vWii?

I have an American Wii U and I'm getting a black screen as well sadly.

It works for me if I only apply Haxchi CFW patches, so there's no problem with the forwarder region.

Get it from the App Store instead.
and the folder name is wrong.

/c2w_patcher/ should be /sign_c2w_patcher/
I believe both the folder and name need to have the same name in order for it to appear in HBL.

I figured it out! Install it to NAND.

it's in sd:/apps/c2w_patcher/sign_c2w_patcher.elf

sigpatcher is a wiiu app so wiiu/apps not just apps that is for wii programs.

why do people install everything to usb? ploggys fowarders are like 10mb each why wouldnt you choose nand either way? yeah i have it on nand too.

dont even have any wiiu usb device in the first place so sure, that may be possible, cafe2wii probably gets loaded after usb already unmounted or something like that.
