from what i read the n3DS uses its own TWL_FIRM so nope i wouldnt advice it until someone with a nand modded n3DS tests it out

DS Cart Whitelist = 0004800F484E4841 - v0 spoofed to v11265
TWL_FIRM = 0004013800000102 - v1489 (Dont spoof version, delete current TWL_FIRM before installing)

Out of curiosity might there be an earlier version of TWL_FIRM than v1489? According to this title list:

They initally scanned at 2.0.0-2, so there might actually be an earlier version not listed?

Yes, you can use an earlier version (something like 08 was the first one) but it could contain some bugs in download play etc. The one I used is good for everything. N3DS doesn't work since it's not compatible with the earlier versions of TWL_FIRM.

Wulfystylez figured out someway to downgrade the MSET, or at least install the MSET exploit which I would assume needs an earlier TWL_FIRM.

MSET is in the system settings (3DS mode), not in DSi mode (TWL_FIRM).

1. I'm not sure about 2DS but 3DS and 3DS XL should work.

Theoretically yes but you shouldn't try it.

Would not work. Even if the Blue Card now works on it, the DS exploit was fixed in 5.x firmware.

Let me find the video, basically it is the mset exploit running KARL on 9.6

I see, that's nice, but I think the guy was refering to a gateway launcher support (but maybe I'm wrong) and I don't see them ever doing it, as K.A.R.L seems to mean "Kernel Anti-piracy Region-free Loader 3DS".

I am hoping that GW will use the exploit and work it into their launcher since we know it is possible on some level
