Some more information would be beneficial. Considering that there are 60+ pages of information that says something other then you did.

What firmware are you on?
Are you using CFW?
How did you install it?

SysNand: 9.2.0
EmuNand: 11.2.0

I use the Gateway CFW, but i have tried Luma as well. I have installed the NTR CFW Loader with FBI. Everything works fine, but the cheats are not loaded.

Please don't tell me you're trying to use them by using X+Y...

Did you just turn the cheat on or did you press the necessary button combination to activate the cheat? Press Y on the cheat name and figure out what the button combination to activate the cheat is then activate the cheat.

I did activate it *Start+L*, the wild encounter is shiny, but the pokemon from egg isn't...

Try using it when yiu get the egg, not hatch?
Haven't tested, but shines for wild and egg are different

Since egg value as Shiney is already determined when egg is made. (hence you have people trading eggs to hatch so they become shiny)

I did, I turn on and activate the cheat before I get the egg...

And I also think it's different, but then Sasori says we can get shiny ones from egg if we enable the cheat...

Worked for me. Put two parents in the Nursery, went outside, activated the shiny code, pressed L+START to activate it, then enabled the Instant Egg and Instant Hatch code, held START and talked to the Nursery girl, rejected the first egg they offered (because that one was already pre-determined to not be shiny from my last time using the nursery), talked to her again while holding START, accepted the second egg, took one step to hatch it and it was shiny.

I don't know what I did wrong...
I even try to enable and activate the shiny code before putting both pokemon in the nursery but it still gives me a regular pokemon...smh
