EDIT: Also, how do you make your opponent slow? What command would you use?

From description:
"The command is unk_37ED7029 for all you smash hackers. First parameter is how many frames it takes for the opponent to complete what would normally be 1 frame (i.e. reciprocal of the speed multiplier). Second parameter is the number of frames the effect is active for."
Example:
unk_37ED7029(Unknown=10, Unknown=180)
would slow down the opponent 10x times, making him 10 times slower than usual, for 180 frames (3 seconds)

Are we able to edit Stats for characters right now? Like how fast they can run, and how high they can jump etc?
That's all in the param files I believe, and editing those is basically a crapshoot, trial and error, etc. If you still want to edit those, then have fun! (You won't.)

Also, does anyone know how to make Cloud have instant limit?

That's located in cloud's unique parameter file, located in param/fighter/fighter_param_cloud_vl.bin or something similar. It has cloud in the name, you can't miss it. But it's a bother to find out where that's located, as it's not documented like the character global attributes are.

Are we able to edit Stats for characters right now? Like how fast they can run, and how high they can jump etc?
That's done with the PARAM program, also by Sammi Husky, you can download it in his github (linked in the OP), then edit the fighter_param.bin located in param/fighter
Which values are what attributes can be found in his github too, in the templates folder (in the PARAM section, of course)

Idk if this is the right thread, and if not, please take to the right one. But Sammi, considering you released the Param editor along with Command, is there a way to add IDs on Parameters?
EX: When I edit the CSS's param and go to Ness' id (14), his IDs go up to 52 in total. Can I add more to the 52 ID's he has?

Okay, How the HELL do I run this? I downloaded visual studio and it's still not running the SLN file. I've also tried multiple times now to get the latest version of Sm4shCommand but it's not loading things properly at all.

If you wish to use the most recent source, you must first compile it before you can run it.

Yes, I am trying to get the most recent version avaliable. The ones I downloaded otherwise have none of the features seen on the tutorials I have looked up correctly.

Uh...
Go here and download ACMD_V1.2.5.PRE.zip. That should get you the EXE file you need. It seems you just downloaded the source code, which will not run like a normal EXE.

Does anyone know how to stop a character from going into freefall after a special move? I feel like it's in parameters, but I really don't know.
