Have either of you bothered reading the previous posts? I KNOW it doesn't work anymore. I'm trying to work on a fix but I can't if people are telling me something that I already know. You guys aren't entitled to anything. Have some damn patience.

Ah. I see them. Cool! And yes I am totally aware of the outdated TLS versions that Github is no longer supporting.
Don't use the test version. It's there for my testing purposes only. Until I give proper release notes, don't use them. Also hence why is says "Test."

Oh.. Whoops. Sorry about that. I backed up my previous installed version 2.2 using GM9 just in case if anything were to happen like it doesn't work or so. I'll restore it until you give the proper release notes.

At this point I don't even think this is needed as updates for luma are not so frequent now. Maybe once a month?

Luma Updater has been around for a while now and it's useful when it's useful. Luma admittedly doesn't get frequent updates anymore as you said, but when it does have an update, applications like this were made solely so you have the convenience of updating your installation right from your Nintendo 3DS instead of having to plug your SD Card into a PC every time there's an update. My point is, it's a very useful application.

anybody else getting connection issue with the updater? trying to update my sons 3ds from luma3ds 8.1.1 to 9. any help would be greatly appricated. thanks!

Have you not read any of the previous posts? The app no longer works and an update is coming soon. it has nothing to do with your connection. :/ Manually update Luma for the time being.

v2.3 Fix for Github TLS v1.0/v1.1

Apologies for the slow update to this app. Even with help, it took awhile to come up with a fix and do proper testing. Even more delays to releasing this update were do to me having a lot of homework and not having enough free time to do final testing and release the final product.

What's New:
* Added support for Github TLS v1.2 (credit to @Kartik).
* Hopefully fixes auto-updating

Credits:
Huge major credits to @Kartik, saibotu and AngelSL on Github for their help coming up with a fix.

Notes:
* You can't scan a QR code. You need to install the CIA manually.

Notes:
* To scan the QR code below, you need to update your FBI version to at least v2.5.0.
* If you don't scan the QR code, you will have to manually download the CIA and install it. The auto-updating feature will not work in v2.2.
