This will be very nice, since the internet can be off. It will eliminate the chance of accidentally downloading a system update by leaving it connected too long.

Btw, does anyone know if your system will download the latest update while in Gateway mode? It shouldn't right, since if emunand is updated, your system will appear to be on the latest?

Thanks for this amazing app. Makes it much easier than manually setting up a web server with the correct files on the phone. I have a few questions/requests:

In the Play store is says that the app requires Android 4.2 or higher. Is it possible to run it on 4.1 by manually installing the APK? If not would it be possible to make it compatible with 4.1? I ask because I have some devices on that version (don't have them at hand right now but I can test it myself later).

Could the app turn off mobile data and turn on hotspot automatically and then reverse it when you exit the app? That way noone accidentally get the update nag screen on the 3DS because it had internet access through the phones hotspot.

Again thanks :)

I can make it compatible for 4.0+. On 3.X versions it won't work correctly. Maybe this night i will do it, now i'm not at home. :D

I have already uploaded the Android App to the Play Store.
As they say... in a few hours it will be awailable for all ppl HERE

Have a nice day and test it =)
Downloaded, tested, works fine on my home wifi. This will be useful for those times when I'm not near a wifi network.

This would be great, for real.
I agree. That would really make things simpler.

Trying not to be android fanboy so I'll go ahead and ask, any thoughts of getting something similar for apple?

Anyone knows what should have the qr on it? I'm testing with "Http://www.google.es/" and it says "The QR Code is not compatible."

I will try to do it for Jailbreak devices, but i don't promise anything :D

And for anyone trying to sideload the application, don't forget to enable Unknown Sources.

Settings -> Security -> Unknown sources (Make sure there IS a checkmark)

The app works well with my Ace II X running CM11.

I vote up for the QR code generator, it would be more easy and symbolic (3ds hacks are upon WR codes nowdays lol)

Awesome App, working on my:
LG L20
LG L70
Moto G2

Ugh. IT's saying my phone isn't compatible wth the version of that app D:

My phone is an HTC Evo running on android 2.3 :P

And... when ppl says that wants a feature... this feature comes to reality... Just the QR is appearing!! and... for those ancient mobile phones... now the app works from android 4.0 to the last one :D (If you need support for ancient versions, maybe i can try to adapt the code)

In a few minutes you will have it on Google Play Store :)

"Problem with parsing the package". Any help?

I have found that this error happens when you try to install and app that is designed to be used on a greater API than yours... If this happens again with the new version pm me :)

As first update I added what you say... Now the app can be installed on any device using Android 4.0+ (Tablets too, I think)

Could you add a QR code that directly opens the phone IP address in the web browser please? That would be very convenient.

The magic is done... With the new version you will have a QR Code that will prompt you to open it on 3DS Browser.

Wow that was quick. Thanks. I don't see the new version yet, guess it takes some time before the Play store is updated. Will check again tomorrow.
