I can't replicate. I just installed it fine (and it runs). Does it fail at the beginning or the end of install?

I really should add better error messages lol

It occurs at ~97% of downloading, I'll try to delete the ticket and'll see if it helps.

It helped! Installs and runs perfectly fine.

@TheCruel The only thing I can think is that FBI/CIAngel both do DeleteTitle then DeleteTicket, and do the QueryAvailable... after them?

Sure it's not the swap here? https://github.com/Cruel/freeShop/blob/master/src/Installer.cpp#L91

I'm going to test it now. If I'm not mistaken, the ticket is big endian so I shouldn't be using the same variable.

@TheCruel Have you thought anything about background music? I realize it may be pretty early for that and that it should be of lowest priority, but just thought I'd pitch in and let you know that I'd be willing to do some composing if you want :P
I've been using a track I made as my menu music for USB Loader GX and it fit in surprisingly well, so I slowed it down a bit and tried it alongside FreeShop, here's what it sounds & looks like. :P Just figured that some tunes would complement the beautiful GUI and make it a nicer experience =]

I followed your advice and booted Pasta CFW (through Homebrew Launcher), and Metroid Fusion now works like a charm! :toot:

Yeah, I mentioned it before. There is some issues I have to rework first with the audio thread (maybe in ctrulib). When using a lot of CPU (doing like game searching other other things) it makes the audio choppy for some reason. Otherwise it would've havd audio in first release.
