Uh, I think the fact that it's an emulator for the purposes of playing dumped games, has already crossed that point of what Nintendo does and doesn't like:

I guess technically according to Nintendo, if I post this link here to CEMU's site, cemu.info, I can now be sued!

I explained the same subject on Citra's thread, a bit ago, that the emulators are naturally unlegit, but I was nailed and pi55ed off.

the patreon launch is always a week after the release of the public version,It is difficult to be patron like that say one thing and do another.

and I think that after committing the same mistake sometimes you would at least try to verify your information.
Public release is one week after patreon, and new versions can come ABOUT 2 ~3 weeks, It has never promised to always follow it

Doesn't matter what Nintendo says on their website to try to discourage the use or development of emulators: as long the emulator isn't distributed with any copyright protected file, emulators are not illegal

Share roms, iso, rpx is of course forbidden
Development or use of an emulator isn't

Also, check all the emulators cases which came to court - for example: Bleem! vs. Sony
And you'll see that everything about this subject in that Nintendo "legal" website is pure bullshit...

It looks like a collage of special effects and washes out anything interesting.

There's a term in CG called "CG Bloat" where it looks so CG it overpowers everything.

I think the original look is better and well executed.

hey I have a theory there is some rumors that the Nintendo NX will be not Backward Compatible So no Wii U games on the NX and Nintendo Will stop production for the Wii U

Nintendo says a lot of crap and its likely to get people to buy more Wii U consoles.
The NX isn't going to replace Wii U, it's most likely a legacy move to keep a double sale standard.

If you have both NX and Wii U and you buy both, Nintendo will see more revenue.
It's obvious Breath of the Wild is practically finished and being ported to the NX which is why there is a delay, but they aren't going to stop producing Wii U's,
The goal I am seeing is to get people to buy more Wii U consoles while claiming the NX is better in some way and then pulling their usual stunt by informing people the Wii U isn't being discontinued, especially while there are still updates and more games being produced for it.

Nintendo doesn't even make games anymore, so they are trying to entice developers to make games for them, a strategic move they made in the 80's and is the only sole reason they exist today.

That's not how it works. The ONLY schedule is that the public release is 1 week after Patreon release. Anything else is whenever it's ready.

Why people don't understand that in Mario Kart 8 shaders are loaded in the second track you loaded?! If you want to record or play Mario Kart 8, just run before a random track, exit it when you want and start to play/record. If you do so, you will get instantly the shaders charged.
