In Wii U helper, mark your game as instaled and on that icon (after downloading update) rightclick unpack/decrypt (the last option on the list). Before that you must determine folder for unpacking. Is there a way to decrypt update files without using NUSGrabber? I haven't been able to get that to work, and every guide I've seen says to use that. I downloaded an update through Wii U Helper, but can't get it working correctly. I'd like to try manually applying the update and see if that works, because other people have apparently gotten the same game working ("New Super Mario Bros. U". Yes, I'm still trying to figure out how to get that one working), and that's the only difference that I can think of between how I'm doing things and how other people may be doing things.
Has anyone got a working link please to cemu game launcher v4.0, the dropbox links on this site are down. Thanks for your help.

15 fps on 1.7.3d ?@Satoshi121
It runs at a fixed 15 fps with my 2700K and exzap has a 4790K if I remember well, so it's definitely realtime.
Another question.@Satoshi121
Yes, on 1.7.3d. If you're using an AMD or Intel GPU it's definitely much slower than with a Nvidia GPU on Cemu, but even then, a 4700MQ is a laptop CPU and is running most likely at its rated 2.4GHz on Cemu (as it's using more than one thread). That can't be fast. I guess it's also accompanied by somewhat slow DDR3 as well like most laptops.
I have i5 6500 and it runs at 20fps on 1.7.3d for meThis can't be realtime, is it ? specs ?
It runs for me on 1-5 fps on 1.7.3d
