SM3DW works just fine on 1.3.3, at around 30 FPS on my system.

Well why does it crash for me? Does it matter whether I am using the EUR version?

There were some files I had to put in the \mlc01\sys\title\0005001b\10056000\content folder, which I think were for this game. It was a while back, so I am not 100% sure if it was for this game or not. I am not sure about the legalities of posting them, so maybe Google for them. There are four files, and they all begin with FFL.

But the virtual console was from my friend. I asked him to give me Mario Bros VC for a video. Welp. Yeah.

Well, Super Mario Maker has a huge boost for me. It went from 25 to 45fps. It went to 60fps using cheat engine at 0.05. Cemu is making HUGE progress every release whether it be for the patreons or for the public.

I have a problem on Cemu 1.3.3. Every game I boot starts too froze. The music and sounds plays. But the game itself, it froze especially the framerate. Idk what's wrong with it.

I used to have AMD before. It boots Cemu. But now I have Nvidia and it's not better than my AMD Turion II.
