Hi,

I try to download a title, but it's not available in Title Downloader tab, it only available in Title Database Viewer. Can anybody help me with this. I'm looking for that game everywhere but could not find it. Its not even in ciangel and freeshop. Here's the screenshot. encTitleKey.bin is the latest one i got from 3ds.titlekey.

I downloaded the latest releases. When I try to open them, nothing happens. Looking at Task Manager, Java opens, and immediately closes. I have the latest version of Java.
If it helps, the file size is 180 KB and has an MD5 checksum of 314a5ab79107ff60b19e79427885ec12
