Did the 4.0 plugin get leaked or something? I saw a video of someone using it

No. The guy who made the ACNL plugin showed a sneak-peak of 4.0. There hasn't been a download of it YET.
Should be released in probably 5 months.

The video I saw using it was not by RyDog, it was a Japanese user (unless RyDog is bilingual and I had no idea). But it was RyDog's plugin and it said 4.0. The video was showing the new things it can do and was uploaded today.

He's Japanese but the plugin is in English, which is why I believe it really is the 4.0 and he somehow got it early. I don't know the user who uploaded this video personally, but I'm friends with someone he is friends with, which is how I found his channel.
And in the top pinned comment he says it's RyDog's plugin.

My best guess is that RyDog sent this 4.0 plugin to someone else to, idk, test on it. Probably to see if it works on different regions. (I guess he tested the Japan version). I really hope the new plugin is WA pre-installed is accessible. And hey, if you were able to find the offsets on ACNL, im POSITIVE you can do the extra mile and get the plugin working for WA pre-installed.

Unfortunately there isn't. No Japanese users that I know that use the plugin will give me a definitive answer on where to find it. It's like they wanna keep it a secret. What they're able to do with their modified plugin blows away what we're able to do. They plant invisible trees and tree stumps, put flowers and trees in the river, plant trees with perfect fruits even if that fruit isn't native to the town, plant trees with the Christmas lights, etc.

I'm pretty sure you can have invisible trees just by adding a buried flag. And make any fruit tree perfect by adding 08 to the item flag.

Ex: (Apple tree item ID: 003E, Buried Flag: 80, Perfect Flag: 08)
Invisible apple tree: 8000 003E
Perfect apple tree: 0008 003E
Perfect invisible apple tree: 8008 003E

They have a custom plugin. Ryan's plugin doesn't support the online seeding.
You can make invisible trees with Ryan's plugin though.
You would have to use the "Seeder" code. Send the item ID of the tree in the chat, hold R + A while dropping an item (like a coin or whatever). You should get an invisible tree.

Yeah I do that too, except the trees in the river, it's funny as hell x3

U need to switch the plugin every time before starting ntr boot selector.

What are you trying to do or make on the island? I ask this as doing anything out of the normal for the island can likely cause your save to go corrupt. Make sure to have clean saves before doing anything like that.
