any other region games do work on a usa 3ds.
just use Luma 3DS when turning on your 3ds. i dont remember the name, but it'll make you play other region games.
believe me, it'll work. that's how I played Miitopia earlier!

Does that only happen with Isabelle or with all special npcs? I added Isabelle in 3.3, idk if there's a bug.
im waiting for the moment slattz or one of the helpers just release 4.0 and it shows the download and changes and my alerts say 300

If a cheat has a keyboard icon, use it to edit the cheats values, or some will require you to use the keyboard icon instead of enabling them (on the bottom screen).

I like how you can make your character faint for no reasons, would it also be possible to make the player sing (like when a villager is happy) ?
Hm also, would it be possible, as a cheat, to get special villagers such as Epona whitout the need of an amiibo reader? <- NVM, using the save editor does the job
