How long do you wait? It loads the information for every theme at boot, so it can take a while if you have a load of themes.

i left it there for more than 10 minutes

QR support is in the latest master branch, got a few bugs to iron out and then I'll make a release.

When you scan a QR code it downloads the .zip of the theme to your console.

As I stated, there are a few bugs that need to get sorted out still. I'm not in a position to program until later today, so probably either tonight or tomorrow morning. (All times are in EST)

• Changed to a new battery logo (Thanks @ZetaDesigns!)
• Added QR Codes! Press R to access the scanner.

• Themes with Unicode (non-ASCII) symbols require you to restart the app after you download them in order to be properly detected.

The 3dsx works great. It doesn't reboot when you press start though. It takes to the shutdown menu. I just have to press Home to go back the Home menu with the theme applied.
I didn't crash while scanning a QR code.

I hope you'll implement auto-update soon. It would be great to update 3dsx (it's annoying to launch ftpd just for that. yeah I'm that lazy ).

It should as far as I know. What consoles do you two have?

The only time it restarts is when you're using a 3dsx on non Homebrew.

I guess you meant non CFW, right?
