I got the game to work, but its really slow and jumpy, is there anyway to make it like it plays on the DS?

my settings are as follows:

Emulation speed: 16.78 MHz Realtime, Auto
Reset/startup...: Start Cartrage directly
Video Output: 24bit True Color
GBA Mode: VGA (poppy bright)
GBA Cartraige back up media: EEPROM 8k bytes
NDS Cartraige back up media: EEPROM 0.5k bytes
Solar Sensor Level: Darkness
Sound Output: Digital Stereo
Sound Desired Sample Rate: low (10kHz) (Fast)
Multiboot Port: None/disabled
Multiboot normal/burst delays: Medium/medium (stable)

And I'm sure the rest doesnt matter.

btw, I'm using no$GBA

Edit: nvm, close this. got it to work
