Hacking redNAND: fastest way to backup & restore?..

Well I don't want to be the guy to say it but fuck it I am going to anyway why the fuck are you using rednand it's outdated and serves no purpose unless you are a homebrew dev. You can do a hell of a lot more using cfw on sysnand and it's just as safe. (Edit please ignore as you fall under the dev category lol)

He's modifying Wii U menu. So he/she needs to use this so he will not have unbootable Wii U if he/she screws something up.
