Gaming Recover deleted DSiWare that was pulled from eShop?

Wait I have an idea:
If you have a previous NAND backup that already has the game you can maybe mount that previous NAND.bin with GodMode9 and copy paste the ticket and the game to your current TWL NAND?
I guess when you try to redownload it from eShop it throws an 010-3021 error right?( it means it was removed from eShop servers, which it did some months ago)

I'll try freeShop.

Ok, new related problem. Some titlekey transfers got messed up and now I can't use Pokémon Sun or 4 swords in my target 2ds. I can use 4 swords in my DS though, any suggestions?
