Gaming Recommended Antivirus for Win7

I will say ESET NOD 32. I have been using it for over 5 yrs now. When my friends complain about getting viruses I am in the clear. I also use it together with Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware. The two work great together. Try the out.

The experts all say you should never actually rely on just one as if it can never miss anything.

But my round 1 choice has been Avast and likely will be till I say otherwise.

And when you consider all the porn sites I visit, and all the questionable downloads I download, and I am not suffering from any of it, I think I can say that Avast is what you need.

Who are these experts you speak of? You should never have any more than one good AV installed at one time. They may say never rely on just one to clean a system, ie using a remote OS to run several different scans from inside there, but you should only have one AV installed.

QUOTE(Arctic @ May 27 2010, 12:07 PM) I'd still stay away from MSE for now. Give it some more time.

How much more time do you want? Security Essentials is great, honestly after using Kaspersky, and Norton, both at seperate times, and then going to SE for one of my computers, I'm starting to think to switch all the fams computers to SE.

May I recomend Anitvirus Pro 2010
