Hacking Recommendations for a Slot-2 devince in conjunction with the Acekard s

Hey Everyone,

I'm rather new to the emulation scene and have recently decided to give my DSLite GBA capabilities. I'm rather fond of the Acekard Slot-1 device, simply connect the microSD card, drag and drop, load up the DS, browse for the game, and load.

Firstly, which Slot-2 devices, in your experience, have worked well with the Acekard?

Second, I'm getting mixed messages on, whether you use the Acekard as a Pass-Me, to boot up the Slot-2 device, or whether you load the GBA files to the Acekard directly and launch them directly, which is it?

Lastly, in preference, any Slot-2 device which operates like the Acekard would be great.

I have read up on many of the posts regarding this topic; however, I have not found one specifically referring to this Slot-1 device. If necessary, the actual card is the Acekard 2.1 and Acekard 2i. On that note, would the Acekard RPG differ? (Not that I am considering purchasing one)

Since your question is pretty much the same as what I just answered recently read that:

Passme is used to play DS games from the slot2 devices that supported it. It is NOT needed or required for GBA play. It use to be a great way to get more out of old slot1 flashcarts that use to have 2GB max microSD. Now its a pathetic excuse for cheapscapes to use when they can get 8GB and 16GB microSDHC with capable flashcarts.

The Acekard RPG is very hard to find since it is not made anymore. the AK2 and AK2i use the same OS, your useage will be the same.
